In 2022, CDER will publish new and revised guidances in its Guidance Agenda, which was released on January 31, 2022.
The 2022 list contains 98 guidance documents, including 29 new documents, 1 revised document and 66 carryovers from last year. By comparison, 2020's list included 105 guidance documents, including 42 new documents and many existing guidance documents.
US Food and Drug Administration's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER)'s 2022 guidance agenda contains about one-third of new documents, with recognizable documents from previous years making a comeback.
